on 3 sides and Kalamar Bay on the other, with the sea only 7 minutes
walk away.
A small mini mart is located on the Kalamar road about 5 minutes away, with several larger supermarkets in Kalkan itself (15 minutes by foot or 3 minutes by car/taxi). |

| Air
conditioning units, with easy temperature control, are in both bedrooms
and the living areas . (These can be changed to give out heat if
required during winter months).
The Lounge area contains two large sofas, coffee table, stereo system and looks out onto the private patio and sun terrace with swimming pool. There is also an open fire for winter guests. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a large fridge with plenty of room for food and drink. A washing machine has been added for the use of guests. The Dining area seats four people, with a traditional round table, looking out onto the patio and sun terrace. |

bedroom, with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has two, large single beds, large wardrobe and private patio. Bathroom 2 has a corner bath with Jacuzzi and shower, marbled vanity unit with plenty of shelves for cosmetics etc. |
